Overview
The Director of Product Management plays a critical role in shaping the product strategy at The ODP Corporation. They are responsible for driving innovation and leading a team of dynamic product professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the B2B CPG market and a proven track record of building and scaling successful product portfolios. The Director will lead and mentor their team, develop and execute the overall product strategy, define the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, establish and monitor key performance indicators, implement pricing strategies, collaborate with senior leadership, build partnerships, represent the voice of the customer, and provide a strategic point of view on customer-centered platforms such as sustainability and safety. Through their leadership and expertise, the Director of Product Management will drive growth, profitability, and market leadership, ensuring the success of the organization.

*Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a radius of our physical locations, including, but not be limited to Boca Raton, Itasca, and Austin, will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days per week.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $117,400/year to $199,300/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
