Overview

The primary role of the Pricing Coordinator will be to support the Pricing & Compliance team. 

 

The Pricing Coordinator will manage and monitor 10 email inboxes and efficiently assign tasks to the appropriate team members. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses to sales reps inquiries and internal requests.

 

The support to the Pricing team includes regular reporting, coordinating requests and inquiries, placing orders and resolving issues through company systems.  Attending and participating in the planning process with the team.

 

*Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a radius of our physical locations, including, but not be limited to Boca Raton, Itasca, and Austin, will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor 10 designated email inboxes throughout the workday to ensure timely responses and task assignment.
  • Triage and categorize incoming emails, determining their priority and appropriate handling.
  • Assign tasks and responses to the correct team members based on the content and requirements of email inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate any urgent or high-priority issues to the relevant supervisors or managers.
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Pricing and Compliance with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team’s workflow and efficiency.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed within designated timelines.
  • Maintain an organized log of all incoming and assigned tasks for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to clarify assignments and provide necessary information.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Level of Formal Education: High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelors preferred
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, with a focus on task management and communication.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using email platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) and task management tools.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing and assigning tasks.
    • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Language Skills: Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
  • Personal Attributes & Other/Preferred:
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple email inboxes and tasks.
    • Ability to prioritize and assign tasks based on urgency and importance.
    • Competence in using email and task management software.
    • Problem-solving abilities to efficiently handle various types of inquiries and requests.
    • Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and tasks.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $18.39/hour to $28.05/hour, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
